Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Creations by Maggie ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use SalesPage Studio by Creations by Maggie (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, password (stored securely, never in plain text) and account settings.
• Content you provide: answers to the page wizard, page copy, uploaded images, logos, screenshots, testimonials and other proof, brand kits, mockups and audits.
• Usage and analytics: how you use the Service, and for your published pages, visitor statistics such as page views, clicks, scroll depth, traffic source and device type.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, and records of key actions such as agreeing to our terms or confirming you have permission to use proof.
• Product usage analytics: anonymous events about how the Service is used, such as which wizard questions are reached, which features are used, audit scores and when a page is first published. These events are linked to a one-way scrambled identifier instead of your name or email, never include the content of your pages, and are only viewed by us in aggregated reports.
• Feedback you send: the type of feedback, your message, any screenshot you choose to attach, star ratings and comments, and the address of the screen you were on (not the content of your pages).
• "Feature my results" choices: if you choose to take part, your answer, the result you describe in your own words, and optionally your name, business, link and permission to show a screenshot of your published page, together with the date and the exact wording you agreed to.
• Payments: payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we receive limited information such as your plan, payment status and receipts.

How we use information

• To provide, operate and improve the Service and your published pages.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions and enforce fair-use limits.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
• To communicate with you about your account, receipts, changes and support requests.
• To meet legal obligations and keep records of consent.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used so we can improve it, and to read and respond to your feedback.
• To feature your results in our marketing, only if you have opted in to "Feature my results".

Feature my results (optional)

We only feature someone's results, name, business, link or page screenshot publicly if they have said yes to "Can we feature your results?". You can choose to be featured with your name or anonymously; anonymous stories never include your name, business, link or anything else that identifies you. Saying no, or never answering, means nothing of yours is featured. You can withdraw your permission at any time in Account settings; we will stop using your story in new materials and remove it where we reasonably can.

AI processing

To generate and improve copy, read screenshots, and run audits, relevant content you provide is sent to third-party AI model providers through our AI service partner. It is used to produce your results. Do not upload information you do not want processed this way, such as sensitive personal data.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and protect the Service. On published pages we use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and clicks. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, database, email, payment and AI providers), when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your pages and content, except information we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes (such as payment records and consent records). Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can export your pages and content and delete your account at any time from Settings. You can also request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@creationsbymaggie.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls and optional two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version with a new date. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
