This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using SalesPage Studio by Creations by Maggie, including the pages you publish. If you break it, we may remove content, unpublish pages, pause AI features, or suspend or terminate your account.

You must not

• Publish fake, fabricated or misleading testimonials, reviews, screenshots, results, earnings, scarcity or deadlines.
• Promote illegal, deceptive, fraudulent or scam offers, including get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes or products that do not exist.
• Make unsupported earnings, health or medical claims, or hide material terms from buyers.
• Impersonate any person, brand or business, or falsely suggest an endorsement or affiliation.
• Copy other people's sales pages, text, designs or images, or use images, fonts or other material you do not have a license to use.
• Use testimonials, names or photos without the person's permission.
• Publish harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory content, sexually explicit or adult content, or content that exploits minors.
• Collect personal data unlawfully, send spam, or distribute malware or phishing.
• Abuse AI features or fair-use limits, including by sharing accounts, using scripts or bots, reselling access, or deliberately working around limits.
• Attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass security or plan restrictions.

Reporting

Every published page has a "Report this page" link. You can also send copyright complaints through our Copyright & DMCA page. We review reports and may take action without notice.
