Submitting a takedown notice
Use the form on this page, or email our designated agent at hello@creationsbymaggie.com. Your notice should include:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL of the page on our Service where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review each notice, may remove or unpublish the material, and may notify the page owner. Submitting a knowingly false notice may expose you to liability.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have permission to use it, contact hello@creationsbymaggie.com with your details, the removed material's location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
